We have meticulously crafted a digital space that helps business owners/operators in managing their business online. Our commitment to simplicity, efficiency and clarity is translated on how users can navigate the dashboard easily. This evolution also reshaped how we approach user onboarding, prioritizing clarity and qualification to help users fully benefit from the platform’s expanding capabilities.
The old platform’s navigation was overwhelming and inconsistent, making it hard for users to find key features like reports, settlements, and onboarding tools. We streamlined the IA based on real usage data—grouping tools by workflows, reducing clicks, and prioritizing frequently used actions. Added contextual menus and smart defaults to reduce friction in repetitive tasks.
To support this, the navigation has been thoughtfully optimized—featuring clear labels, logically grouped items, spacious layouts for improved readability, and intuitive icons that serve as visual cues to guide users throughout the experience.
Business Banking
Loans have become a key feature of Maya Business Banking and are now fully integrated into the Business Manager platform.
The design goal was to make the feature easily accessible without appearing intrusive or overly promotional. From discovery and application to usage and repayment, the design was carefully crafted, user-tested, and refined to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience before launch.
The new experience introduced guided onboarding, inline tooltips, and progressive disclosure, making setup intuitive even for new business users.
The interface has now better accessibility by utilizing clear language and enough space to breath so users can complete their tasks easily.
Introduced better color contrast, keyboard navigation, and semantic markup for improved accessibility.
Optimized page loading speeds and reduced UI latency to support business users working in fast-paced environments.
Legacy screens were mostly desktop-focused and didn’t scale well. Maya Business Manager was designed with responsive principles from the start, ensuring merchants and business owners could access critical tools on the go
