I led and was hands-on—in the redesign of key user journeys such as account creation, payments, money movements etc. including new services such as Crypto, Credit and Insurance. These improvements drove higher user adoption and engagement, while elevating the product to meet global best-in-class fintech standards.

Its mission is to drive digital transformation and make it easier for Filipino businesses to manage, grow, and scale in today’s digital economy.

Scaled and led a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and front-end engineers—fostering a collaborative and high-impact culture grounded in ownership, creativity, and continuous learning.

Implemented mentorship frameworks, career growth paths, and design rituals (e.g., critiques, design sprints, and system reviews) that sustained team morale, innovation, and output during critical growth phases.
