We focused on simplifying core workflows such as checkout, refunds, and reconciliation reducing friction and minimizing training time. Optimized user flows, tactile feedback, and larger tap targets made the terminal more intuitive and responsive.
We introduced a cleaner, more legible interface with high-contrast layouts, scalable typography, and contextual prompts to guide users through tasks. Visual hierarchy was refined to surface critical actions and real-time transaction status, while aligning with Maya’s brand identity. These improvements significantly boosted usability, speed, and user confidence on the ground.
